This 1988 Shamrock Predator 200 powered by a PCM 351 Windsor! The owner saw the opportunity to turn a very solid hull with full keel (tracks straight and true at any speed) into a dependable offshore fishing platform that he personally designed and built for fishing.

The workmanship is evident throughout this boat where every feature is designed to be practical for fishing and to ease maintenance efforts. From the custom freshwater engine flush connection on the stern quarter to the remote oil filter placement and the removable decking designed to completely reveal the engine and running gear, you appreciate that the owner was a very thoughtful craftsman who took his time to ensure he'd be spending his time fishing rather than struggling with accessing the engine for maintenance.

With a cuddy cabin, custom hardtop, porta-potty, Humminbird Helix-5 GPS/Depthsounder/Fishfinder, a VHF marine radio, LED cockpit and deck lighting, rocket launchers, new outriggers are included, and more rod holders than I could count (10 actually - I never ran out of fingers) There is32.... a custom bait station and a below-deck fishbox, and a custom transom bracket that can support up to a 50 HP outboard for propulsion redundancy, you'll have everything you need for you and your buddies to go out and catch fish!

The owner invested more money into the reengineering than he's listing the boat for, but there's a good reason for that. He spent more time and money than he should have because he was creating this platform for his own use and wanted everything to be right because he intended to ship the completed vessel to Puerto Rico where he would use it in the open ocean. Also included with the boat is a 1988 galvanized Harding tandem-axle trailer. The trailer has hydraulic surge brakes, but they are presently disconnected for simplicity.

Cosmetically the vessel looks like you'd expect a 1988 fishing boat to look. It wasn't stored indoors for 20 years, but it's obvious that it wasn't abused either. It was used to catch fish, and with that in mind it's pretty clean for a 32 year old fishing boat. (What I'm trying to say is that your wife will hate it (unless she loves to catch fish more than you do), but your fishing buddies will love it!)
