When I walked up to the boat for the first time, I got the impression that it had been cared for from the very beginning. Besides a few scuff marks on the Starboard side, the body does not show hardly any wear at all. The chrome Handrails and Hardtop supports were in good shape and added a lot of beauty and personality to the boat.
Stepping into the Cockpit from the dock is easy with the inside steps. This boat is obviously built for fishing and recreation. There is lots of room to get around. The Inboard/Outboard engine makes it very easy to fish off the transom. In addition, this boat has a Yamaha 9.9 High Thrust Outboard (212 cc) Kicker Engine attached to the Transom that looks to be in good condition.
In the middle aft of the Cockpit sits a large live bait tank. When I asked the owner what was his favorite parts of the boat, he said the live bait tank and the cabin area. The tank is in a perfect place for easy access while fishing. It is very deep and can hold a large amount of bait.
The Helm is comfortable with two chairs with footrests. Between the two chairs is a very large storage area in the deck that can function as a cooler to keep either your fish or your beer cold all day long. This storage can be used for anything.
The Dashboard is nicely laid out to make it easy to see what lies ahead. The gages are positioned well and can be easily seen while reclining in the Captians Chair. The Steering Wheel is nicely placed for comfort. The Garmin echoMap CHIRP and FURUNO electronics are well placed for maximum visibility.
The cabin is roomy and well maintained. Inside you will find a sink, single pullout Hot Pad for cooking, and a nice sized table. After lunch or dinner, the table can be removed and the whole inside converts to a nice place for two adults to sleep. The light blue cushions appeared to be in good shape and comfortable.
In my opinion, this is a boat that you can be proud to own and would be fun for the whole family or close friends.
The electronics (Garmin and FURUNO) appear to be new and in good working condition. The other gauges seem to be well maintained. The Hull and gel coat are in good shape.
The engine is clean and the bilge is free from oil and grime.
The kicker Engine looks to be in good shape. The cabin area is clean and odor-free.
The Galvanized trailer appears to be solid with very few areas of rust. The trailer appears to be well maintained and has several upgrades that include new Actuator, Brake Lines, Drum Brakes, Leaf Springs, and Winch Line. The carpeted running boards are in good shape.
